I guess they are kind of like the sequential tail lights. No one driving the car can see them and they don't really serve any purpose other than they are a throwback to the earlier years.
The sticker price of the car before the upgrades is $41,275 so the cost of the car now is almost three times the price of the original price. I don't see that much in the car that makes it almost $80,000 more. I think most people will buy a GT350 before they buy this car.

Have any of you guys seen this car? I was not aware that they even made this. I guess given the tag on the car, 43 of them have been made or are going to be made.
Way too expensive for what it is IMHO.

I don't know if any of you read this story but it was all over the Camaro boards a year or so ago. It is quite an interesting read. Different circumstances but a dealership employee takes a customer's fairly new ZL1 Camaro and totals it on an unauthorized drive...
The only mods I've done to my 14 is the exhaust using Ford Racing Mufflers and a stock set of Ford GT500 OTA pipes, stock 19" Ford wheels from a premium 14 Mustang, and the Ford Racing oil separator.
My warranty is/was important to me and I don't have the money lying around in case something...
I've thought about using the Ford Racing FL820 but I didn't know how much crap the dealer would give me about using it if I had an engine problem since it's not technically the recommended filter for my car. The price also kind of holds me back since it's about three times the price of the...
I guess I've just been unlucky. On two of my warranty claims, Ford tried to tell me I caused the damage and they weren't going to pay. It took me four months of fighting with them to get them to cover one of them and the other they still would not cover.
With the three new GM products I've...
It wouldn't even be a question for me. I bought a performance car for a reason and if a V8 is offered, than that is what I'm getting. I also want the V8 exhaust sound and no ecoboost or even V6 is going to give me that.
I also could care less about all of the Premium interior features. A...
Get a loan calculator app on your phone and play around with it so you know exactly how expensive of a car you can afford with the interest rate you know you can get.
Like others have said, get pre-approved before you ever step foot inside the dealership so you know what rate you can get so...
I think the Mustang is still the best bang for the buck out of the three. The Camaro is quite a bit more expensive than the Mustang. One of the local dealers had a fairly loaded V6 Camaro that stickered at almost $40,000 and a similar equipped SS is $5,000+ more than that.
I've driven a new...
I have the sprint booster on my 14 GT and like it a lot. The throttle feels a lot more responsive. I left mine on 100% and took off the adjustment cord. I have not used the pedal max but I imagine from what I read that it does the same thing.

I CCW a Glock 19 or 43 and always have one in the chamber. While in my Mustang or any vehicle for that matter, I pretty much always carry on my person. The few times that I don't carry on my person, I put the gun in it's holster in the console. If I have to leave the gun in the console, I...
That sounds great. I think the GT500 AB's are some of the best sounding out there. I run these with resonator delete on my 14 GT and I've gotten a lot of compliments on how it sounds.

Congrats on the new car. Posts like this are why I didn't even consider anything but the V8 and the fact that my previous car had a supercharged V6 in it and while it was fast, I just never bonded with it.
I learned long ago to not settle and if I would not have been able to afford the GT, I...
I wouldn't want to test the theory that they will cover other electronic parts of your car with the addition of an aftermarket sub if something goes wrong. You might get lucky and find a dealer that won't try and deny you warranty coverage but if you don't, it will probably be on your dime to...
