I don't understand either of these. Why are you doomed with lightning blue stripes? And, why do you think it would cost more than 1k? Are you both saying the lightning blue is a unique color and cannot be easily or economically replicated?
I think rather than looking for just stripes, to look...
$500 is a good price. I paid $650 to have my original OTS removed and replaced with my current ones. Good wrap places can do spme amazing work, and customization.
My dealer offered one too, and I told them I'd think about it. Went home and did some research and found an 8/100k through Ziegler for about half what the dealer wanted; which I bought.
I cannot stand frivolous lawsuits. But, if Ford did nothing, I'd swear I'd probably be looking at all means to take that dealership to small claims court. Thankfully, I have a great relationship with an awesome dealership!

Yessir! BTW, the GT350 Track Attack website recommends the Hyatt. I almost booked there until I realized it's in SLC. So, I went with the Holiday in Tooele as many others have suggested. I actually got a better rate than they advertise by using the government (military) rate.
I've been calling consistently over the past two days, and cannot get an answer. Finally, left a message today. Hopefully, I'll get a call back.
