Same thing happened to me at one point. My situation ended up being a fuse in the passenger side kick panel. Can't remember which one it was off the top of my head, but it's worth a shot to check all the fuses in there to make sure none of them are blown.

Can you post top down views of each tire. Why do you believe it's not a camber issue? The most probable reason is that the camber bolt came loose and allowed the tire to camber out. The camber bolt is hard to get to so it is possible that it wasn't properly torqued when the alignment was done.
