Someone did in this thread — you may need to check a few pages in to find some photos. I don’t know if I’m going to bother with it myself but I kinda like it.

Why not just say that you're tiring of the platform then instead of trying to make it sound like the S550 is an unreliable shitbox then? Don't think anyone here is going to judge you for saying you have simply gotten tired of it and want a change lol.
You need to give us more information if you...
I don't think any of those 3 cars you listed is going to be more reliable than the S550. Especially not the BMW. Sounds like you've just had bad luck with the Mustang and have soured on it a bit. Mine has treated me really well — only thing that has gone bad was a corroded wire on the A/C...
True, but consider how many people actually opt for the seat delete when ordering (not many) and that scoring is kind of weird. Not even a mention of it from them.
Then again, their Mach 1 test numbers seem way off so I suppose it's not really the most accurate thing to begin with here.
I noticed that they optioned the Mach 1 with the rear seat delete and then give it a 0 under the rear seat category, lol. Probably wanted the scores to be more tightly packed, I guess. I haven't sat in an M240i but i've heard backseat room is pretty similar to the Mustang now?
I'm surprised C&D...
Got the email that my car has shipped this morning. Delivery estimate is the same as before (July 24-30), but maybe it will be quicker than that, like some others have been seeing in this thread lately. 🤞
The anticipation is killing me!
Yeah i'm not looking forward to dealing with them either after reading your posts on here and finding out that they're basically stealing Ford's price protection rebate from me and others that ordered before the price hikes. Tom (dealerinsider on here) is absolutely nowhere to be found when...
As much as I love a supercharged V8, I think that motor on the GT350 is something very special. Didn't they iron out a lot of the issues in 2018+ GT350 models? Extended bumper-to-bumper warranty is always an option too if you are concerned about reliability.
I personally vote GT350 if both have...
I feel for you man, sorry Ford has done you and others dirty like this. I'm really surprised y'all have gotten your build dates pushed back so many times, especially when I've seen spring 2022 orders get production dates already on here. Ford's production system is so fucked.
What are you...
Same as a regular GT, but everyone on here has a different opinion on how it should be broken in. Some people say wait for the oil to wait up and then run it hard (likely what I will be doing). Others say to follow the manual and baby it til 1,000 miles.
Everyone seems to agree that you need to...
Yeah, you're probably right. My build is pretty close to yours but without the HP, so don't know if that will speed things up or not. I can't really go get it realistically until the weekend of the 8th or after the 23rd anyway.
Holding out hope for a quick build/delivery like some members on...
The Nissan Z is under-tire'd — sounds about like what i've heard in just about every review. The Mach 1 numbers they tested on there are lower than the old ones though. I wonder if that's 2022 emissions having nerfed it a bit or if it was the weather?
I was super surprised to read that C&D...
Could always sell the 2022 as "brand new, never been driven" and keep the 2021. You'd just have to get it shipped.
I'd venture to say most people shopping this car are not spec sheet racers and probably do not care about 10 measly hp and torque difference that can easily be changed if they want...
@dealerinsider knows it's basically stealing from the customer. I don't doubt that they file these price protection documents after the sale and then pocket the money Ford gives them. Being up front about that would affect the amount of sales they get off these forums (which I imagine is a good...
