Good point. The more computers are used to control driving dynamics the more expensive not only the car itself but the maintenance and repairs. It's the prob with the German cars in which most everything is controlled electronically. It makes working on these cars yourself extremely difficult...

If it even shares a little bit of Aston styling most people will be thrilled, core similarities or not. Most non enthusiasts associate the skin with the bones anyway.

Yea I can see some of that with the similar silhouette, body lines and hips. It definitely shares the more raked appearance of the cabin. I've always liked the concept's sleekness but hated the front and rear.... chaz's may just strike the right balance for me.

The man shows a render of the tails and you talk about the front overhang which isn't even visible from it. Anyway how much more can they chop off? The front bumper underbite is already taken in from the current Mustang. That is showing a few inches chopped off already.

Agreed. And if the S197 is most people's idea of what a Mustang looks like then an evolved design as the S550 seems to be should not alienate enthusiasts.
