One for fun. jjw was doing a test render of a 360º view but rotated the wrong axis. After laughing my arse off, I decided to do this "Dukes" tribute.

Over at TMS, where I did all my posts for the 2005 reveal, they barely acknowledge me now. I'm pretty sure all the cross posts are done by those of us who have dual memberships. Mostly the response is "hmph" I do love the civility here.

These aren't my renders, Callie. They lack the bump map of the water bottle effect. I don't always completely finess these because they are quick renders by jjw. My last render with lush taillights were polished in Photoshop with photos of real headlights blended in.

Grabber Orange jjw added some mods to the splitter, rocker and rear valence. I've asked him for a black render and a white one, but first, he's going to update this one with some changes tonight. No promises. edit: I added a faked black one.

Kinda tough to get the scale right. I considered modeling the camoflage and make a movie of it flying off. Too hard. Neat idea, though.

See? It does look like an Accord after all.:crazy: I specifically searched for a rainy shot so I could lift the rain drops and put them over the Stang. I tried to take my own photo, but had more success with someone's uploaded HD dashcam footage, which gave me the opportunity to do two shots...

I figured grey was safe. It's a challenge to fake rainy overcast reflective color. I did have to create a new render for them.
