  1. 2020 gt premium with 3.15s worth it ?

How did a gear discussion turn into a CAI thread, hijack much. OP the 3.55s are great, the two times that I have ordered my S550s I have checked that box with both cars being autos. The lot cars I have tested just feel different with the 3.15 though it is not a bad gear. If you have the cash...
  2. Wait! Ecoboost got RevMatching?

You also paid less for destination charges then.
  3. Wait! Ecoboost got RevMatching?

You can't rely on the B&P. The Eco with handling package comes with 19x9.5 but B&P says 19x9, it also shows the front spoiler for the PP2 on the Eco HP. The tech specs for 2020 states that rev match is not available on the Eco and I don't think that will change

  7. Success in orange peel reduction or removal?

I have to admit, I am amazed at how good the black top comes out compared to the rest of the car. I guess the process is a little better for that coat. Mine looks just like yours.
  8. Another recall for Ford

Wrong camera, that is the one at the rearview mirror. Here is the one causing the problem. https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/camera-parking-6416907-1
  9. 2020 Ford Mustang Recall! Brake pedal bracket could snap during sudden braking

This recall is going to be slow. The official notifications will not go out to the consumers until November and if my Edge break system flex hose recall is any indication, it will be at least six months after that. I have had a message on my Ford app for months on the Edge and I just received...
  10. Steering wheel cover that fits?

My steering wheel cover is listed as a 15 inch medium on Amazon and my DashMat works well and has been in use through 2 Mustangs
  11. 2020 Ford Mustang Recall! Brake pedal bracket could snap during sudden braking

This could be a situation that involves all automatics manufactured between March 19 to August 20 or it may be a manufacture LOT situation. The brake system was designed with a specific material in mind and they changed that leading to a failure. Whether the failure is from the application of...
  12. Trunk water leak, did i repair or cause issue?

    Check this thread. https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/splitting-roof-seams-near-back-window-water-leaking-into-rear-quarter-panels.143545/
  13. Trunk water leak, did i repair or cause issue?

Looks to me like the car has had water intrusion problems for awhile. Spot near the seal at the bumper looks rusted.
  14. Windshield wiper position marker

I noticed this when I was installing my strut tower brace today. There are two markers on my windshield that align perfectly with the tips of my wiper blades. Don't know how many know this but I figured I would post this as many people have asked about how to align their wiper arms after...
  15. Need advice on new wheels and tires

I’m not dead set on that set up, my other option is to source out 4 9.5x19 wheels. My current wheels have a 42.5 offset and the FP wheels have a 40 which is pretty much a wash leaving a width increase of an inch, just under a half inch on the inside and just over on the outside. At that point I...
  16. Need advice on new wheels and tires

Thanks for the link. I've been trying to find it again for some time.
  17. Need advice on new wheels and tires

I plan on purchasing a set of Ford Performance PP2 style wheels 19x9.5 front and 19x10 rear. I am trying not to adjust the stock tire diameter too much and have decided on 265/40R19 front and 295/35R19 for the rear. Anyone see a problem with this, my current set up is 19x8.5 with 255/40R19.
  18. Get a actual spare tire..

It worked great fixing the flat on my lawn mower.:like:
  19. Headliner

The front and back edges have no attachment other than the main points. There should be about a quarter of an inch or so gap between the windshield an head liner. If it's lower than that and the side edges don't fit, then it's a manufacturing defect and you should take it in.
