I think the R springs are a little bit lower regardless spring rate. You don't want lower front springs with higher non-R rear springs. They do have different part numbers for rear springs so there must be a reason for that since they have the same rate.

For the 2015-2017 they share a lot of interior parts. For the 2018 GT350, I heard it doesn't get facelift along with other mustangs so the interior should be about the same as 2017 I suppose.
