My renewal didn't change one dime. I also have the TCU modules disabled on my Mustangs as well.

Do some research on the TCU modules. It should discourage people on the usage of FordPass. I can afford my own oil changes.

Deleted this spyware app, and unplugged the TCU module within a week of buying each of my Mustangs. I'm good.

Not sure on the exact date, but definitely for 2022. I read it on Jalopnik article discussing American vehicles, and it was briefly mentioned in it.

Regarding the MT-82, I have a 22' GT with the MT-82 and it's a blast to drive. I believe the MT-82s after 22' are outsourced from Mexico, instead of China. The TR-3160s are also outsourced from Mexico.

I’m curious to see pics of all those 23’ M1 HP. From the sound of it, it’s a miracle they even build any at all.

I drove a new 18' GT some time ago, and I still remember how terrible the tranny was...clunky and just felt cheap and fragile. I know Ford reworked the MT-82s for the 18's and newer, but maybe that was an early build with a leftover tranny. My 22' MT-82 is nothing like that one.

Luckily, the 22’ MT-82s are outsourced from Mexico, instead of China like previous years. The TR-3160 also comes from Mexico. The MT-82’ for the 22’s is smooth and satisfying to shift. 👌
