A few drops of water on the filter won't hurt anything. Drove my car with the Steeda intake yesterday in the pouring rain yesterday and it didn't blow up :D
Ford needs to lighten this fat pig up a bit, raise the redline to 7500, bump HP to about 460, and tighten the car a little more. Then it will be perfect.....
LOL :D
In all honesty though....aside from the thud, the MT82 in my 15 shifts better than my 12 GT did. That car had the left turn nibble thing. Never had a problem with it otherwise in 45 k miles though. My 04 TL wouldn't shift for shit 2-3 when it was cold out. I have no issues with that in...
My Mazda 6, WS6 TA, 04 Acura TL, Mazdaspeed 3 and my 2012 Mustang GT did not thud when engaging first, and shifting 1-2 and 2-3. My 15 Mustang GT does. Why is that? LOL.
I've been considering asking Steeda if the air box can be bought separately. I'd love to buy one (if it was reasonable) and make a lid for it. I have access to all kinds of neat materials at work.
Love my MBRP race. It's loud, but I get compliments on how good the car sounds all the time. The only thing that bothers me is the cold start. I cringe when I fire up the car at 5 am in my girlfriends quiet neighborhood
I have a pair of wheels from my 12 sitting around with Pirelli Sottozero 245/45/18s. They were great last winter, I used the original Pirelli all seasons up front. I drove right through unplowed snow up my back driveway without an issue.
I have 275/40/19s Pirelli Pzero Nero all seasons at all 4...
Exactly. On the S197 Facebook pages people are still calling the S550 ugly.
I would drive the hell out of a new Camaro. The only thing I worry about are DI issues, especially after owning a Mazdaspeed 3
There's a lot of fanboiz here. Lol. I'm a car guy and like all cars. I don't think the Camaro is ugly either. I love my 15 gt but I'd drive a 16 ss in a minute.
