I'm not sure, but when I looked up replacements on the Internet, none of the images looked like mine. Maybe there is an improved design. My engine was built in January 2014. I think I will stop at the Ford dealership and see if there is a difference. Mine had a carbon like buildup on it as well...
Ran pretty good to NC. Not perfect but 80%. I think I will buy a new T-MAP sensor when I get home. It wasn't annoying like before, just felt it every now and then. Even then it was less noticable.

Can't wait to hear what they find. I replaced coils on mine just so I can say it's not them.
After reading some of the F150 & SHO forums last night regarding similar symptoms, I pulled my cold side hose and checked for moisture or oily residue. Found nothing. However, I did find that the...
I did the same
I did the same thing. The 255 40 19 is more in general than the 235 19. There is a pretty good used market too, if you look around. Take offs are not too hard to find, but kind of a pain getting them to the tire shop.
But, I like this style of wheel and I can still use an all...
I put some 50th package wheels on my pony. I really like how a bright wheel makes red pop. The wheel & tire combo is 4lb heavier per wheel than the stock 18".

89 better
I'm on day three of using 89 instead of 93. Been through a tankful and just filled up again last night. The mis-fire feeling is still there, but if I wasn't already sensitized I don't think I would notice it. When going up a hill at a steady speed, I now get more of a typical loaded...
I do think mine is better when cold. Or before it's warmed up. I've always used 93 but I'm going to try 89 for a few weeks and see if there is any difference. The misfire seems like it has too much spark advance. Then drops back when giving it more pedal.
My 2015 automatic has this same stumble/misfire like problem. I feel it when I go up overpasses or slight rises on the road. Only seems to do it upon a slight load. Very annoying. I had the Brisk plugs one heat range cooler for about 15K miles when this started. I replaced them thinking it was...
Mishimoto plugged up
I've had my Mishimoto cc for about 65k. This past week I had two codes show up for pcv. Drained my cc. Normal amount of water and oil came out. Took the cc off and apart. Approximately a 1/4 of muck in the bottom. Found the bronze filter element was almost completely...
Nice rotors
I just replaced my fronts with the Brake Motive drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. Really great brake feel and good looking too. Price was great.

Made some
I made some from 1/4" think dark tinted plexi. They screw to the bottom of the turn signal. I made one just to see if I liked the look or not. It turned out great, so I made two. Softened up the edges with the sander and polished.
