Anyone have any experience putting a small curved or straight lightbar behind a grille? I'm considering doing a blacked out one behind my bullitt grille (don't want it to show much at all). I have always had lightbars on my trucks and SUV's and it really helps where I live and where I drive...

ya, these are functional and not for "looks" Bullitt doesn't need them. I've considered adding traditional chrome ones though. I just have always liked the look

here's what I did

frustrating. My wife's new Navigator (basically a ford) has a wonderful HUD... speed, time, speed limit, miles till empty and temp. Also blinks yellow lane safety info if you stray. all laid out perfectly. Mustangs should have this.

If i would have done more than the center emblem, it would have covered how the airbag opens.

looks better a day or 2 after finished as well

now that I know it looks good, I may one day take it off and paint it correctly. I'm sure the plastidip itself would look better if I placed the emblem flat on ground and let gravity disperse evenly instead of spraying while on car upright

VERY - think sticker on prescription bottle that peels off in one piece easily
