  1. Selling GT350R for new Porsche 718 Spyder?

If you don’t mind me asking, what seats do you have. I test drove one with carbon fiber seats and did not like it. Mine is due to arrive in March with upgraded 18 way seats, I would compare the difference from Gt350R seats to GT500CFTP Seats.
  2. Selling GT350R for new Porsche 718 Spyder?

Manual.. Supposedly 2021 is the last year Porsche will import with the Manual. Plus I have have a soft spot for a manual on a sports car. The only thing I went out of the Box on my order was the upgraded seats (18 way). the Carbon fiber option makes driving the 350R a Joy.
  3. Selling GT350R for new Porsche 718 Spyder?

Funny I just saw this post. I have a 2021 718 on order. Fortunate to have 2019 350R and 2020 500CFTP, but like you I feel I will drive the 718 on a regular basis. I plan on keeping both and use the 718 as a regular driver at least when weather permits in NE Ohio.
  4. GT350 from a Salt Belt dealer?

The car is built in the salt belt. And shipped either by truck or train through several salt belt states. I would worry more about fire, landslides or earthquakes. Do you think every car in the north rust out and falls apart..
  5. 2020 GT500's Scheduled For Production - Part 2

If it’s any relief, I had a F550 sit at the Louisville plant for 5 weeks before it shipped and it took 2 weeks before I took delivery. My dealership was only 5.5hrs away from assembly plant. No rhyme or reason behind it. Trucking/shipping and rail are so far behind, before this COVID stuff came...
  6. 350R preferred over the CFTP??

I agree with you. You can’t/shouldn’t compare the 2. Like you I am fortunate to have both and can’t pick one over the other.
  7. Grabber Yellow on GT500 spotted. Production of 2021's alongside 2020's?

I remember reading somewhere that they were switching to the painted black for CFTP going forward. To many issues with scratches and minor imperfections that are not structural integrity problems to the carbon fiber. I will try to find the article with the memo coming from Ford.
  8. Ford... What is your problem? GT500 owners, you need to read these quality control issues...

Well just received response from Ford about the Driver Side Seat Scuff marks. According to Ford Warranty Dept this is NOT a warranty item. The reasoning is crazy, according to the document since it was never documented at the factory or dealer delivery this not a warranty item. This is in spite...
