Got it, any sense what percentage of GT350s out there were bought back by Ford? Seems relatively prevalent based on my search, maybe 3 out of 20 had it. I agree, even if you could get comfortable with buying it, it makes it that much harder to convince someone when it's time to sell.

The state is not prohibiting anyone from putting offensive messages on their car. They just aren't willing to, or required to, print it themselves. The 1st Amendment doesn't guarantee the right to have the state print and issue a license plate that says anything you want.

One is printed and issued by (and therefore, implicitly endorsed by) the State, the other is not. That's the difference here.

I'm curious why starting in second is better/safer? Assuming you accelerate at the same rate of acceleration in either 1st or 2nd, why does the gearing matter? Is it just that it's tougher to put a lot of power down in a 2nd gear start?

Is it better to keep the gearing as high as possible in general? Also, is it true to never shift in a corner or around a curve in slick conditions?
