Anyone tried this on an Airaid yet? If so, how well does it fit? I did the delete when I installed my intake but I'd love to have this sexy cap rather then the rubber one that came with my Airaid. Who doesn't like finely machined parts, eh??
And yes, let's all be honest with ourselves here...
Thank you sir! I didn't even realize you were in the Czec Republic. That is a big price difference for sure...and both systems are 2.5" so that isn't a consideration.
I think you'll be fine if you keep a resonator in place. Interestingly, Ford Performance now sells an 'EC-Type' version which...
Sorry you had issues man. Mine popped right off as in the video...had it done in less than five min. You definitely need to pay close attention though. I looked at the position of the clips on the new one to guide me in removing the old one. And that one spot around two o'clock is indeed...
I have the GT350 FRPP/Borla Touring cat-back and it is a very loud and raspy system. So much so that I thought my system had been mislabeled...but I had an issue and Borla sent me new touring mufflers...and they sounded the same. So, I can't imagine how much louder and raspier the sport...

It definitely isn't fiberglass. It's a high quality composite or polymer material. ABS maybe. I was thinking it said on the bottom along with the identifying info, part#, etc., but can't be sure of that. Very nicely made...in USA! Paint job on it is perfect as well.
No problem! Sorry they came later than expected! :D I enjoyed helping you guys out...hope everyone loves their Boomba shifter as much as I do mine. One of the best bang-for-the-buck mods out there for the S550.
The free zip tie offer is still open if anyone else is in need...
