Why did you go with red accents/stitching instead of copper? It seems to clash with the copper theme in my opinion. The shift knob is perfect.
The exterior is incredible.
If your bypass valve isn't opening on the supercharger, it will place constant load on the engine. This could explain mpg suffering.
On my A6 whipple with 3.15 gears, I'm averaging about 18mpg with 40% city / 60% highway. This is not going WOT very often. If I hot dog the car, the mileage goes...
It cracks me up to hear the owner tried strong arming you. It takes some nerve to call a paying customer and tow that line. I really hope you recorded that. If not, I'd call him back, record the conversation (presuming your state allows one party to know/accept) then strike up the discussion...
Don't ice the blower. You're only cooling the case while the rotors will heat up. The clearances in a twin screw are close so if a case doesn't expand in proportion to the rotors spinning inside, guess what could happen?
Anytime the battery resets or you flash the vehicle, the OBD-II readiness monitors are reset. You have to drive the car city and highway through various conditions before they become ready. I've seen it take up to 100 miles of driving to get them all set.
With a whipple, I'm running 275/40 on factory 20" wheels with an automatic. On the street, 1st gear is the only challenge. If I heat the tires, they will stick on the street fairly well.
On the track, they hook well.

Having it oriented like that will increase IAT readings from the fan wash coming off the radiator. If he rotates it 90 degrees towards the front of the car, it will lower the IAT temperature reading and decrease the rate it increases when stopped.

These guys probably put that copper gasket between lower manifold and heads. If they did that and didn't use the rubber o-rings, it will definitely leak vacuum and boost.

The whipple blowers are 2.9L so they're barely turning any RPM. They are not generating a lot of heat.
However, a smaller 2.3L pd blower would definitely need to spin hard on these motors to produce the same power which would make more heat.
