Roush kit tuned by PBD - about 9psi on 93 ... The setup has been on the car for almost two years now with stock cats. Zero issues. No idea what the extra values are, but P0420 indicates that one of the cats is not working as well as it should be.

Yours is quite loud, but mine also had a similar sound that ended up being the side skirt on the passenger side. One of the clips was loose and rattling - as another member mentioned.

Still going strong... zero issues. Drive the car and enjoy it.

Yep, hopefully will hear something back soon. On the plus side, the car drives fine. Just the annoying CEL :) Also going to try flashing back to the stock file Rob sent me and attempt the relearn again, as suggested above. I don't think there's any way of flashing the Roush tune back.

I had something similar happen... there's no need to replace if it's working once dried out. In my case, I noticed some surging while driving around town so I sprayed the MAF with CRC MAF cleaner and it was fine after that. Any contamination will throw off the fuel trims a bit.

I've been running a Roush Phase 1 blower for over a year with the tick, and all has been good while using Ceratec. Tick has not returned since I started using it. Hopefully the same for you!

This is right out of the 2017 Roush Stage 3 owners manual, so it's not just Ford Performance. Only 2018 and up is 5w-50 only. Looks like I should be doing my changes twice as often as my dealer has been telling me to though - and they installed the Roush kit.... :facepalm:

That's where it appears to be coming from on mine - both driver and passenger side.. I am going to pull the a pillar trim off and take a peek myself. If anything, at least I may be able point the dealer in the right direction. I wont attempt fixing it since I'm still under warranty, but...

I should clarify; I did add Ceratec back to the sump after I shot that video. I don't want to hear that noise ever again, lol. Plus I found a supplier locally that sells it for $25 CDN a bottle - a bit cheaper than amazon.
