test drove a Lexus. Couldn’t have been less impressed. If I was going for a luxury car and wanted a car not suv or truck, I’d go bmw easily. Or option out a Cali special mustang auto with Magride and tech package, blue cruise etc
I have an email from the Secretary of State saying they won’t issue another temp tag and that the car is entitled to be registered but the dealer needs to send them the original title first, which they haven’t, so I think I’m good
Part of the reason I got a black car and put the base Mach low profile spoiler on it instead of a wing - it blends in for the most part. I get a lot of thumbs up from guys in other cool cars and on bikes but that’s about it
I’ve been driving with no plate for 3 months thanks to a dealership...

quit chasing a phantom issue man. Best advice I can give you. Don’t go down the rabbit hole regarding ford solenoids. Any issues with them are overblown x1000 online and on YouTube
My car made this noise until I was tuned. Probably nothing wrong with your car, ford solenoids have been very noisy since the 5.4 3v. Honestly you’re best off just ignoring it and not chasing that goose. I watched guys dump 5k+ into their 5.4s to stop the noise with no luck.
You saying it’s too expensive or too technologically confusing?
It is fairly expensive but these cars aren’t cheap and if you’re going to tune it might as well go all out imo. If you don’t want a tune like this there’s plenty of cheaper options that still work great, just require more...
The brand has been around forever. They make great classic muscle wheels. Haven’t seen a modern muscle set I like except the factory option they had for the challenger about 10 years ago.
I think your car changed not the market lol. I still see ads for $15 oil changes but I don’t drive a beater anymore and would never put that garbage in my car
I put this in the other exhaust thread. I had the FP x pipe, found it too raspy and loud. Hacked off the back 12” or so of it and put on two vibrant 12” resonators
Got sound clips in my e85 sound thread
actually allows the active exhaust to work now instead of just quietest but still...
Best money I have spent on the car. just put whatever fuel you want in and forget it. No flashing tunes at the gas station, beats a normal “flex” tune by a mile because there’s no adjustment time for the fuel trims to stabilize and on e85 you get full timing like a dedicated e85 tune.
PCMTec...
Would greatly appreciate some help with this. Somehow, during the course of reflashing my car with tune revisions, it reverted back to its Canadian heritage and low beam DRLs got switched on.
I switched it off in Forscan, but now the parking lights are on? People keep asking me if my car is...
Could be! I’m pretty sure it was the resonator though but don’t remember 100%. I asked when I first joined the site and someone layed it out for me.
