My Vote GT Since I own both a ecoboost, (focus st)and a 5.0 (mustang gt) I will say highway fuel mileage for the EB may not be what ford claims, though the 5.0 will meet or exceed the ratings. Where the EB will have a advantage is if you do more stop and go type driving
