The P1SC unit is good to 700rwhp before it is maxed out.
The Stage 2 uses the P1SC as well just on the older years runs a larger intercooler and different piping along with a a new electric fan and tank. The D1SC, F1 series are head unit upgrades from there.

The filter location was just fine on older years. When your moving, air is flowing so your not getting the heat from the engine. Power is not affected.

It will also dump more fuel to try and read a correct reading as its not seeing the rears monitoring correctly. It's easier to just tune it and do it right
A better way to really feel the paint defects is stick your hand in a plastic lunch bag and run your fingers over your paint. You will feel EVERYTHING in the paint.

The intakes will require tuning because of the MAF housing size increas. Some will offer intakes with no tune required because they come with an insert or stock housing size.
The H has always been known for a deeper tone with low end trq while the x pipe is more higher pitch with top end hp.
With these motors and since 2005, I have not seend a hp difference and to me, they sound the same. A muffler will fix that.
They are actually not designed to run E85. BUT..... people have been running it no problem. Your injectors WILL have to be upgraded (don't know of anything tested on the ecoboost yet)
