17k miles on my 2018 and this is what they looked like. Just pulled them off and swapped them with some steeda adjustable ones. I was getting a horrific clunking noise from the front end and these were the culprit. The spherical bearings have an unbelievable amount of play in them and each end...
I’ve developed some terrible clunking noises coming from the front left and right rear suspension. I think I might have it narrowed down to the sway bar end links and have some new ones on order.
additionally, I have developed a intermittent squeaking coming from the front left. Pretty sure...
I purchased a kit from big worm graphics. Did it myself in my garage. Took about 3 hours and looks amazing. Not a super hard process as long as you can manage to devise a way to get the stripes square and centered. The stripes themselves actually feel like better quality than the factory stripes...
A piece of the wheel well was loose and was scraping. I’m on a stock setup right now, but will be switching to a dedicated track/autocross setup once I get the tires mounted to the wheels I’ve got. I have apex 19x11’s and a square 305/30r19 setup of Bridgestone re71rs’s that I will be using
Just checked the wheel well a little more in depth and it’s definitely a wheel rubbing issue. Thanks for the advice!! I’ve got some stiffer springs sitting in my garage from Steeda that I’ve been meaning to install so maybe this will fix it. Thanks!
No it’s more of like a sustained hissing sound. It honestly sounds just like when you pull the valve core on a tire to let air out, but my pressures were not dropping. Maybe the tire isn’t seated properly and just slightly leaking in cornering but the pressure is increasing with heat? I have no...
Hey everyone kind of an obscure situation I’m having here as I have done copious googling with no relevant results…
I’ve got a 2018 GT350 which I just took out to the track for a light track day for the first time since owning it. When the car started to get hot, I was getting an audible...
I’ve got a 2018 GT350 in lead foot gray with black stripes w/ white pin stripes. I saw another LFG 350 in the wild with white stripes and thought it looked great… plus I need to replace at the very least my front bumper vinyl because the dealer drilled holes into it to accommodate a front plate...
The lowest it usually gets where I’m at is high 30’s. Also this isn’t gonna be a daily driver so it will pretty much only be taken out in good conditions. I’ll look more into it though
From what I’ve seen the only cons would potentially be vacuum leaks and possible condensation building up and being sent back into the engine. I plan on getting the ford performance catch can. Do you have any personal bad experience I should be aware of? Thanks for the suggestion either way!
