  5. Exhaust Mode Selection Unavailable on Startup

Great reminder. I’ve neglected this over the last couple years. Been watching my buddies GT350 for the last few months while he’s deployed and I’ve noticed his valves have become very noisy and slow to move. Need to lubricate those valves.
  6. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Apex has a really great guideline for piecing together a square setup on the GT350. Primarily designed for track enthusiasts but applicable for street cars (my case). I’ve always had square setups on my RWD sports cars and have loved the balance and feel (a few S2000s and a couple M3s). I went...
  7. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Ceramic coating the new wheels. Went square 19x11 VS5RS, 305/35. Had the same wheels on my previous CT5V Blackwing and loved how much more agile the car felt shaving so much weight. Patiently waiting for Steeda to send me the correct front spacers (impatiently, actually).
  8. Fixed " squeak noise " @ 1800 rpm

x2. Great read. My post would likely just be: ā€œsh*t broke, and I fixed itā€.
  9. Clutch - Initial Symptoms

I decided to order new OE engine mounts just for sh*ts and giggles. I’ll report back once they’re installed. Shot in the dark, but after reading on the beating the GT350 mounts take, I’m marking these up as a consumable.
  10. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Both look killer. My vote is for the R wing. Is this the Anderson variant?
  11. Clutch - Initial Symptoms

Have been experiencing the same thing on my ā€˜20 w/22k miles. Started noticing it about 8k miles ago. When the car is bone cold, it doesn’t exhibit this, only after some heat soak and up to normal temps that it displays the slight shudder. I’ve been researching this anomaly for months now. I...
  12. Virginia Sold: Grimmspeed exhaust valve simulators x2

Had these installed in conjunction with a resonator delete, great sound, all the time. Recently installed the Ford Performance catback unit which is quite louder than stock, so no use for these anymore. In perfect working condition. These pieces are an easy install. Keep valves open full time...
  13. Virginia OEM brake pads

Someone was curious of the exact measurement of material left on the fronts: 8mm. Rears are 10mm.
  14. Anyone pick up a C8 Z06 recently?

I’d give the Z06 a shot. Incredible sounding car. Poor man’s Ferrari for sure. Lots of love in here for the 5BW. I had a manual one that I traded in for my ā€˜20 GT350. Honestly haven’t looked back. While it’s an incredible machine, especially for the whole family to enjoy, it really doesn’t...
  15. Virginia OEM brake pads

    Price drop -> $120

  17. Ford Performance exhaust

Great feedback, thanks. That sounds really good for a 3ā€ exhaust. All the others I’ve listened to were just a bit much.
  18. Ford Performance exhaust

Thanks for the reply. And I should clarify; it’s the LTH resonator delete/xpipe that I have on the car, no actual long tube headers. That’s good to know. I’ve heard that Borla builds the FP exhaust line, but didn’t know it was modeled off the touring, not the ATAK. So I’m guessing not a ton...
  19. Ford Performance exhaust

Have had my ā€˜20 GT350 for just over a year now. I have dabbled in a couple different xpipes; MBRP and LTH. I prefer the LTH design as I feel it sounds better, likely due to the 2.75ā€ piping. I’ve had my eyes on the FP system for some time now, but not seeing too many reviews here on it. At the...
  20. LTH Resonator Delete Question

I’ve had the MBRP and LTH on my 350. Rasp seemed to be the same between both, but I did prefer the sound on the 2.75ā€ LTH pipe. It had a much more refined and controlled sound compared to the MBRP.
