That looks great!
How is the ride with the wide tires on front and 30 series profile? I know most people use a 35 series profile so was just curious.
Does it tramline an appreciable amount?
Thanks
You should clarify if you're only talking about Eco boost motors or not.
The only failures of 5.0 motors has been with high HP forced induction GT's and even that hasn't been many. Year doesn't matter as they are identical.
There use to be a LMR rep on here but I couldn't find one a few weeks back.
I e-mailed them directly about photos of the 20"x10" wheel with the 305/35 tire they sell wanting to get a photo as I couldn't find one on here.
They told me they couldn't provide me a photo (of something they sell)...
I can't help much but when I am driving in reverse on my stock suspension WRX with the wheel cranked it feels exactly like a jumping/hopping that you describe, usually worse on asphalt driveways.
I have had a few cars feel the same way in a reverse turn
It has to do with the suspension...
Does anyone have a photo of these wheels on their car with a 20"x10.5" with a 305/35 or 315/35 tire on them?
I have only been able to find those sizes on the 19" wheels.
Thanks
LMR sells these wheel/tire packages in 19" + 20" with the NT555 G2 tires.
The 19" rear is 11" wide with a 305/35 tire.
The 20" rear is a 10" wide with a 305/35 tire..
Does anyone have a photo of the 20" set-up on the rear.
I have seen the 19"x11" on a couple cars on here and am wondering how...
Those are pretty bad; can't see how any reputable company would miss that?
I would be very unhappy if I paid several thousand $$ for wheels/tires and got those stems.
That's going to take some masking off and careful spraying of some type of rubber applicable paint or plasti-dip to cover.
Can't wait to see people get this intake in hand and do some independent testing.
If the company power claims are close to accurate I'll be buying one.
Trust, but verify!
If his linked build journal is up to date, this is what I copied from it....
Exhaust (Stealth Mode):
- Stainless Power Catted Headers (silver ceramic coated)
- Borla 60561 Resonator (instead of the x-pipe that came with my cat-back system)
- Ford Racing Touring exhaust with black tips
I just got mine today in Shadow Black and a quick check under decent light shows a very nice match to the tail light bezels.
My only minor criticism is I thought some of the paint was scratched off as I saw a lot of white areas when I opened the package. Apparently they waxed the...
My guess is that you would get a different answer each time you asked.
It would be nice if they could lay each of those two decklids in black together in a photo that is not computer generated and show what they really look like; but I wouldn't hold my breath for that.
I'm interested to see...
I wonder why they said that UA and G1 are the same black? If they are why the different paint codes?
When I e-mailed them about UA they said it wouldn't match the factory gloss tail light bezels and I'd be better off painting a matte black panel to match them up.
I guess I'll have to see one...
