I agree about trap speed. Run it down the 1/4 and get an average MPH over a few runs. Take the MPH, car weight, and use whatever the % loss is to the wheels with your transmission and you'll get a much better idea of what RWHP you are working with.

I have the Ford Performance by Borla touring whatever cat-back system the original owner put on. It does not drone; but it's a bit raspy for my taste due to the X-pipe in it. I would much prefer an H-pipe sound as that is what reminds me more of my fox body cars.

I think those tire sizes will both look stretched a bit much on the front and back. I'd go with 285/35 front and 305/35 rear with those sizes. If you want a square set-up you might want to return the 11" for 10" and maybe run 285/35 or 275/40 all around.
