Way more common. There are probably at least 10 in the parking lot outside this hotel room, and not one mustang. Quick google search showed ford sells about 2,400 of them a day. So there are a lot of them around. If there was a serious problem with the coyote's manufacturing process, it'd...
Mine doesn't. Mine just has the gauges, with a min/max number at either end of the gauge and some tick marks. It'd be nice if it was accompanied by a digital readout of the actual numeric value, but for my purposes it's fine.
Yes eventually, though I want to make sure it works before I spend that much. I have access to a set of take offs, but they are missing all the electronics. So if I can get the parts, then show it works, I'll be pretty happy.
Mine has it, but it is NOT a selectable gauge. It's in one of the default sets. Not sure why they did that, but they did. I wonder if a forescan mod can fix it.
My 401a car has an oil temp gauge. It's not one I can select as an option when choosing my own layout for some reason, but it IS there. It's just on one of the default sets. I'd rather pair it with something else, but that's life I guess.
Just as another bit of info for this thread, I'm...
Yes, though with a custom made harness. You were the first to find us the part number for the factory plugs. Apparently some 18gts are prewired, and just need these harnesses and the exhaust, plus an IDS update to add active. Jury is still out on which cars have it and which don't, but it...
Figures.
Would you be able to tell me if I need all 3 of those harnesses or just two of them? I'm guessing I need all 3, which is fine, and unless we can say for sure I don't I'll probably order all 3 too just to be on the safe side. I have an 18GT 401a car, so I *should* have a blanked...
Yeah, that's the same answer my local dealership came up with too.
I still need to verify I have the harness in place, but since I have a n 18GT premium 401a car, it sounds like I should.
Thanks for sharing that. I kept forgetting to cross post that into this thread after I asked.
I'm gonna order mine when I get home from travel.
Now I just want to try and locate some actuators without having to buy mufflers.
Awesome, thanks. Now I just have to find some actuators. The gt part number is: Jr3z-5k245-b, but showing backorder.
Not sure if that cross references with the gt350 part. It'd be nice if it did, or if they at least worked the same.
What about the harness? Do you have the part number for the 350 actuators? My local dealer found the part for the standard ones even though they aren't available for purchase, I'm curious if they cross reference.
Hey guys,
Looking to grab a pair of actuators, and the pigtail harnesses that come off of each to the main harness on the car. I have a 2018 GT w/o active, but have a full active catback from someone that upgraded, so I just need the actuator motors, and the harness to get mine fitted, then...
Yeah, apparently he isn't the first one to struggle finding that part. I'll bug him about it again later to see if he can get anywhere, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
The mufflers do come with the actuators, but I already have access to a full active catback. I ONLY need the actuators...
This makes sense to me, and is long what I've thought I was hearing on my own car. I bought a camera to help prove that, but I just haven't had time to play with it all...too much other stuff keeps getting in the way.
What's most telling for me about this, is that everyone that has the noise...
I'd be interested in this too. My friend hasn't found the harness yet, I'll probably ping him on that again today to see if he has any more time to devote to finding it.
He did find the part number for the actuator pair, but there was no price for it so it might not be available yet/not at...
