another question is that whether the mustang ECU will calculate base on certain octane grade or does it calculate on every single grade.
For example, if it only calculates on certain grades, using 93 or 94 or 95, it would not matter because the ecu can only calculate on 87 grade and 93 grade...
So another problem arises. Shell Canada offer 91 without ethanol.
On the other hand, petro Canada offer ethanol added 94 so I m guessing probably 91 or 92 with a bit ethanol.
Does it worth the extra 30cents which is about 15 dollars per tank? it is about 600-700$ every year or so.
So I live in Canada. We do not have 93 at all, it comes to 87, 89, 91,94.
Ford says 87 gives you about 11% less in HP and a bit in torque, what about 91? 91 is fairly common and I can get it from Costco for cheap price, like about 94c per litter. However petro Canada wants about 1.2-1.3 for 94...
DAMN, I have more than 2 years warranty and I have a feeling that this tranny gonna break within 3 years so I don't wanna risk it. any one tried other brand 75w FE before? since 75W FE is what is stated in owner's manual
Well other fluid like amsoil or bg, according to another thread they gonna void ur warranty so I am just wondering if anyone tried other brand 75w FE so no warranty void plus improvement.
i am thinking switch to BG syntheticshift II to reduce noise and have smoothier shift but i am a bit concerned about the requirements. Apparently BG is 75-w80 which is different thickness than OEM oil. will this void the warranty?
Dang, only 50lbs? so that's like only 30lbs saving each for the sacrifice of cooling and heating. I guess I should focus on losing some weight my self lol. maybe 30 lbs
I am thinking about dropping some unnecessary weight. Does anyone know how much does the factory front seat weights?
I remember someone mentions 190lbs per one so if I switch to light racing seat. Does not it mean over 300lbs lose? Maybe 0.5-1s faster 0-60?
Well forgive me if I am wrong...
Yea i heard first 50% of tread will make your rwd like 4x4, but once it goes down to like 6 or 7/32nd, it s like better than summers but worse than all seasons. have you tried these?
