So after reading all these stories, I'm kinda wondering if I should even bother with an aftermarket shaft? Seems they are just as weak if you have a manual tranny. Or is it only the big power Fi guys having the issues. Am I looking at this wrong?
Do you mind me asking what was wrong with it? Seems like there are issues with every brand...
I emailed PST and got no response about measurements and if they have a shaft for the S550.
When you do this are you using the e brake to hold the car? Otherwise your gonna roll past the beams... Wondering if using the line lock would also work to preload the suspension, then as soon as you launch release the line lock from holding the brakes.
Same guy I did, so if there is enough emails going to him, hopefully they will respond with product... Otherwise once it cools down and I can go back To the track, I will have to drive on my street tires and bolt them to a fence post while making passes... Haha
Okay folks, so for those of you that say you are in, send Hooiser an email direct. I emailed them yesterday asking for a DOT version of this tire:

I was told that it would get into the 17-20in rim sizes they...
Kelly, in your opinion are those of us with just bolt on cars, with bias ply slicks, should we still expect to break an aftermarket driveshaft or the factory one if we have a manual transmission? Short of switching to a auto, what can be done to prevent this if we have already done some...
Two questions, what makes the PST ones different from the others (DSS, Shadtmasters, Dynotech) ? And where do you measure from to get the info that PST needs to make the driveshaft?
So if the plan is to run 17in bias ply tires for the strip, on a manual tranny, would it be better to stick with the factory driveshaft? I'm only running bolt ons. My plan was to order a Dynotech driveshaft with a BMR driveshaft loop.
Suspension work consists of Steeda IRS bushings and...
I'm going to be blending for the summer. I live in Arizona and we have some of the worst gas and it's already 105 out. Just yesterday my car felt miserable on 91 and had positive nock. I put 6.5 gallons of E85 so it's at about 34% on the alky pid and the car instantly felt better once it learned...
That all being said Steve, do you think you will have a package with all the necessary parts once it's all said and done? If it is worth it, I will be ordering from you.
P.S love your guy's catch cans. I replaced my JLT with yours and its deffinately collecting more oil. I was a skeptic at...
