Unfortunately, every body is right. The manifold is just not efficient beyond 6.8k, while Yes you can push it further, it feels unnatural to the rngine and out of breath with several different tunes. Once I swapped to the GT350 intake it was very obvious... the car pulled like there was not end...
Gotta remember something.. 13 PSI eith a Centri means like 10 PSI of a Roots... the centric builds boost till the end of the RPM band, roots React the limit suponer and taper off at the end of the range. Since I wanted hight revvs, centri was my go to. I had a GT350 intake there already, so kept...
Not sure if someone already did it, but I finally got around to installing the Aluminum Rad in conjunction with the a Procharger Stage 2 and D1SC head unit. Its snug, more than before, but it fits! No pictures yet and no testing, hoping to gather some data tomorrow. In NY I have seen 230° at the...
Hey guys, selling a brand new Steeda Triax complete shifter for a GT. Was going to use it in junction with my Blowfish bracket, then realized its not going to work. The screw pack was opened for fitment, but the unit never got installed. Ill have pictures tonite. Asking for $365 shipped. $350...
I wanted this, but no ine was able to tell me accurately what to do and ended up using the standard stg 2 pulley and factory. I rev my car to 8k with the d1sc strapped. The ATI damper should help the harmonics tremendously.
When I spoke to your tech department, they suggested the Race Valve for 10psi plus. Im currently running 13psi on my D1SC, are you saying I could run the Proflow and not loose anything? Im looking to keep the noise down, although Ive enjoyed the rushing sound, I want to be able to sneak up on...
Sounds like you have a game plan, look at what Lethal Performance accomplished on their Whippled GT350, the gains are there on a stock Voodoo, even further than the V3 Coyote. If it turns out to be cheaper than the sleeved block, Id do it. Theres also uniqueness to it... not many will be doing...
Im running the Z26 pads on my GTPP, OE rotors. Pads are fair, OE bite better initially, after a few warm ups these bite pretty good, but on OE rotors, they can get glazed when braking from high speeds. They recover, but OE didnt have that happen. Rotorptos claim they will help on this issue.
I went Redline MTL, have used RP before and Redline was slightly better on colder days. My trick to keep it running awesome, rare earth magnets on the fill and drain plugs and 5k mile changes. It might be good oil, but its not worth it if it only takes 1 more track day or fun night out to over...
