I haven't noticed any shaking.

Mine is a daily driver and it has seen plenty cold starts due to being in PA. Mine has never made that turbo whine like that.

I have almost 1600 miles on mine and everything seems to be in good working order. Panel alignment is good with only a slight lowering on the driver's side rear glass. No panels rubbing chipping paint. I am throughly satisfied with my purchase.

My rear window is basically the same as yours and while it bothers me a little, I have no leaks currently and have no intention of starting any by removing the rear glass.

It is a rare occasion that the build sheet leaves the factory with the car. If it does, it was by accident. Unfortunately, the dealer will have no control over getting you the build sheet nor does it have control over production. You will be fine if you have the DORA and your window sticker...
