I agree, the CAI by itself wont change anything without a tune allowing more airflow. But thats just me.

Then what about the fronts? Because aren't the brakes much larger in the front?.. meaning I'd need larger then 17 up front?

I was told i would need a minium of 17's up front, the rear ive seen 15's, didnt know i would need bigger to fit my brakes though?

SVT Performance (Video above) did CAI/Lund Tune and got 408HP/389TQ to the wheels on their first Dyno After adding a 150 shot they got 542HP/596TQ. Since im doing a 200 shot, I was assuming id get 25 more torque? Maybe a few less...

I mean, people tell my my car is loud... but to me its just right. I say that but Im about to put my headers in with no cats xD. I've never heard just the axle backs with no xpipe. Overall though, it's loud when you get on it or about 3k Rpms on takeoffs, etc cruise isnt loud at all.

I went with Roush Axle Backs and Ford Racing X-Pipe.... its most def loud when you get on it. Then again, I havent heard steeda. If you are looking for a good growl, and slightly loud then i would recommend Roush...

I dont think I will ever be able to goto one of these lol... Thats life in the car business though.. work every saturday.

Has anyone gone through any local shops for any work on their S550? Looking at going up to 3.73 gearing from 3.31, and figuring out a tune... lol. Thanks for the help.

Really just asking what I need to do to my motor before putting a supercharger on it, as a daily driver. On a stock 15 GT I see companies claiming 650HP with just that... I guess you can say that a GT500 is a daily driver... but im just not sure what needs to be done on the 15's, if anything at...

650 to the crank would be fine for what I'm looking for... As a daily driver/drag strip here and there. Even with a supercharger would it be ok for 650 HP as a daily? Thanks for all the info guys.
