Right. I mean sure a tuner could make the knock sensors happy with garbage timing if you wanted to run 87 octane but thats not the point here. E85 is better in everyway esp on the 12:1 gen3 engines. And its exactly why I keep saying IMO the 2018+ are "knock limited" even in 100% stock form...

E85 is the real deal esp on a 2018 plus! My 2016 with a Cobra Jet manifold on E85 and an AED tune was a damn riot just over 30 degrees of timing all the way to 8k!! I giggled like a little girl 1st time I rung it out on some county blacktop Haha!
