  1. My Journey Starts Here... GT vs Mach 1 vs GT350

I feel that way right now. 6 month out of the year (winter) the car sits in my garage in a bubble. Literally.
  2. My Journey Starts Here... GT vs Mach 1 vs GT350

Should this be 1. Magnaride is totally worth it, and a huge upgrade over standard suspension whether its a DD or track car. I wouldn't by one that doesn't have it.
  3. New Shelby American GT350

Nothing worth seeing. More moaning and groaning.
  4. New Shelby American GT350

The R with the cage looks interesting.
  5. My Journey Starts Here... GT vs Mach 1 vs GT350

I own a 350 and looking back I think I would have rather gotten a regular mustang and built it out. I find myself never wanting to mess the car up and it becomes a garage queen. I still consider selling it now and then and buying a regular GT that I don't mind putting 80k miles on. My 2 cents...
  6. New Shelby American GT350

As an existing '19 350 owner, this car is a pretty big let down. The 15-20 GT350 and the 20-22 GT500 were special cars; VooDoo and DCT respectively. Both the VooDoo and the DCT were designed and build by Ford. No company had those on the shelf and Ford used them. This new 350 is a bolt on car I...
  7. RIP HR427

  10. Vermont Custom 2019 GT350 California Flannel indoor car cover

I am moving to the Car Capsule to keep mice away from my car. I used this last winter. One year old, custom fitted for 2019 (big wing), mirror pockets and highest level of ding protection. Retails for $328. Selling for $225. Million times better than the one that comes with the car...
  11. Street car take over. Finally busted….

That is amazing. Destroying a 60k car showing off. What percentage of these cars survive a takeover unscathed? 30%. That's crazy. At least in drag racing, even at high speeds, the chance I lose the car is very low.
  12. Street car take over. Finally busted….

Are these idiots actually doing all this in their own cars?
  13. Looking for advise from current GT350 owners

I think 350's are hard to price because of how seasonal they are. When the ice melts and the soccer dads wake up from their slumber, the prices jump. Just depends what time of year. Carvana would give me 48k for my car in January ('19 350 10k miles). As of last week it is 59,500. That's a heck...
  14. What did you do to your GT350 today?

First proper cleaning of the season. Now to put on some miles.
  15. Lund LRX vent mount

I think I am a pretty smart guy, but I can't figure out for the life of me how this vent clip is supposed to work. Anyone have an close up image of it mounted? It looks a lot like this. Thank you
  16. Let's talk lug nuts for a moment

Super old thread, but the stock lug nuts from Ford are $9.32 EACH. Jesus. I need to be careful with the lugs next time.
  17. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Basically nothing in the US above Albany. 0 in VT, NH and ME.
  18. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Unplugged my 4G modem. Installed a Lund tune. Drove 5 hours to pick up 30 gallons of e85. Ugggg
  19. GT350R

Let us know if it worked out!
  20. Guys, how important is the “Shelby” name to the enjoyment of your car?

Honestly, I am 52. I don't race anymore. This car is more about driving around, having fun and mainly about talking cars with other people. The fact it is a Shelby gets more conversions started. Then we can talk about the previous 50 mustangs and how good "it used to be", like old guys do.
