I'd take busted arm over torn mount in the cradle. Audi does this but usually uses alum arms. I bet you'll be fine if they all made it through fords r&d. Although the rear shock mounts did too...
The 350 arms have a different height on the ball joint if you wanted another option to look at. iirc they were setup for a 3/4 drop compared to gt and adjusted the arms to match.
That said I've been on the pp arms and lowered an inch for few years with out issue.
ideally native or built in pump control can be fine tuned to be a head vs always reacting assuming pumps got enough steam left. worth buying some credits if coding can be ported for gen2 guys imho! only chance of knowing whats coming is getting it internally controlled.
might ask wengard to adjust the feedforward table and pid. pumps taking a second to respond to the demand.

I think you are fine fuel wise. it is able to recover and at 86% DC at redline.
For fuel pump control we should be in luck on the gen2. Its already pwm controlled but limited to hi/lo/off by the tune. The gt350 uses the 1791 but employs variable pump control and fuel pressure sensor feedback. Same/similar as gen3 and gt500. Tables are different on gen2 though. Would need...
