What a shame. I've been with SF since I started driving at age 16. Their level of customer service has noticeably tanked over the last several years. Best of luck with this ordeal OP, truly sucks!
If there are minor scratches or swirls in the paint, those are an easy fix. If there's chipping, lifting or other paint failure, the bumper will need to be repainted.

This has been an ongoing issue since day one. It is unfortunate there has been little to no improvement, especially after Graham's earlier promise to improve communication and customer service.
I also have the Vorshlag plates on my R. I'm at about 2.2* negative camber. The caster on these is not fully adjustable but has to preset designations. Aggressive and more aggressive. :)

I researched the location of Hunter revolution machines in the greater Sacramento area, going as far as to call Hunter direct. There are only two locations, the local Porsche dealer and an independent shop about an hour away. Not a lot of applications necessitate this investment so YMMV.
