At least it's not MP concepts version which is poorly made,. The difference of this is you can easily slap this bumper on a base 2018 mustang and still reusing your existing parking / fogs.
No need to go thru all the expensive conversion process. Bumper is planned to be sold for...
You have to shop around for which is willing to sell retail. Some will let you order 1 unit. Others want 2-5 minimum etc. Price does drop the more units but still total gets higher 🤣 from tax and shipping and you got a place to store all those bumpers?
I think I already found the possibly supplier on alibaba that probably is going to send the batches to VicRez and 777.
I can see how this looks very much like an exact carbon copy of the Mach 1 mold, minus the custom bracket used to re-use the base 18+ fog/parking lamp. I do see how it kinda...
I was quoted $1200 OTD but via sea freight so 5 weeks at least. Another seller advertising it for $1750 OTD via air freight but this is all for ordering 1 unit. Of course there are discounts if ordering more since it's direct supplier business with Alibaba etc.
Also got to take the chance if what Shelby says is true,. The sales person at Shelby for conversions says those with safe and smart still work and the ACC still works as intended even it looks all blocked up. And all those new super snakes with acc donor cars still advertise the ACC feature...
I am tempted to try just the front bumper and skip the Shelby grille and re-use my GT/CS upper?0
I am assuming it can retake any 18+ base Mustang upper grille, since you can buy the Shelby upper grille used with this bumper as a stand alone and apply it to a regular base Mustang bumper.
But...
You can now get the gt-h bumper from the Chinese supplier on alibaba with all inserts and upper grill.
And the gt-h hood is now available on the Shelby store site.
This came up in my search feed on alibaba.com , several suppliers now for the Shelby GT-H GT-S bumper :p
This will complete a GT-H but to do a Supersnake, needs the lower splitter attachment.
This is the 18-20 GT-H Super Snake side inserts, the 2021 still uses same bumper but the side...
I do not live too far from Whittier and they say I could come over and check out there project cars but currently only have the GT500 bumper one. I guess I will wait till they slap the Mach 1 bumper on a project car to get a better look.
Also recommended to use hood pins and also some carbon fiber hoods prefer not to use gas shocks if you have any and avoid dropping or slamming the good down,. It can crack
I think MP concepts one is a one sided chin shape vs the other brands so it will sag and just warp over time. the others are like the oem chin where the splash guard goes inside the chin which is double side
No , I had a CF hood once on my old car and it did yellow and delaminate in some spots over time, even washed and detailed and waxed. was mainly in a garage but was parked outside at work almost daily. One reason I lost interest in the CF Fad. Having CF and body painting over it is a good...
It was the lower part number that came up with a 2022 GT/CS VIn that was optioned with Safe and Smart.
The image came off a Ford Europe Site for that part number.
since the local Ford parts sites show no image.
This is the Bullitt lower that is KR3Z-17K945-AA to compare, the honeycomb on the...
My Diode lights run white and turn amber on signaling, however they do have a slight amber light on the sides that visible even when running white, maybe to do with DOT?
yellow fog version is in stock and that is what I decided to go with and glad I did, it just looks different.
I only know of the Steeda / Air Design Q Fascia bumper being officially ACC compatible.
The GT500 stuff is a hit or miss, some get lucky some do not even using same GT500 brand. It was the PP tray that had problems with some GT500 brands, the PP tray actually ends sooner than the base GT in...
I like my Husky liners in my other cars, they go up high enough and the black is matte and easy to clean, I also debadge it, very easy to remove the stickers. I am still using my OEM All weather liners that came with my Mustang for almost 4 years now, I do have a husky trunk liner in my Mustang.
