Only time I'm aware that Ford offered folding back seats in a Mustang "Convertible" was in 1994 and maybe 95. Don't know if FOX Verts folded down or not, but it was a short offering on SN-95 before Ford discontinued it. Doug

Yes to the camera as the B-U switch is not integrated in the shifter, it is somewhere on the trans. Being ASE certified certainly is not going to make the job quicker or slower since you need to follow MGW's videos for the install. If never done before, I can't see a certified mechanic...

The Nickel color option actually came out in 2016, and there is a COST adder for it. Black is still "standard" and more common I'd guess ... cost adder for 64F may be part of reason.
