  1. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

Highly subjective and vastly based on preference. But thanks for your input. Edit: which is funny, cuz reading through the comments here and youtube on the HPP, ppl were arguing that a base GT could be had for about the same price. Now that a base HPP can be had for 31-32k, its like...

  3. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

I never test drove/driven a PP so perhaps I am missing out LOL. As my next car, I am considering a HPP, though. Im gonna keep my '16 till mid 2020 (Aug/Sept) to make almost full use of the 100k extended warranty I bought, I currently have 70k miles in my EB. Im expecting 80-85k by trade in...
  4. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

I agree. But they ARE coming out and ppl WILL buy them. That happens EVERY year. Regardless of car brand. Then within a few months, you can find them CPO and cheaper ;) or still new but cheaper.
  5. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

I cannot disagree with you, however, with that mind set, you can argue against buying new all day everyday. Why would ANYONE buy a brand new 2020 mustang GT with some options added/fully loaded/almost fully loaded, when you can buy a 2019 with options and huge discounts?
  6. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

You're not asking me but, ME, personally, no. Why? I live in central Fl. No twisty roads nor mountains, and I don't take my car to the track. I drive a none PP EB, and it handles just fine for all of my daily driving situations, which is straight line acceleration and the occasional...
  7. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

That is for the none premium fastback with added: HPP package 10 speed auto 101A pack/syn3 36.1k if you go 100A (totally base), its only 34.1k. and, HPP MANUAL 101A pack/sync 3 prices at 34.5k 33 - 36k is a bargain, IMO. These prices are nothing NEW for the EB with added features, anyway.
  8. 30,000 Mile, No Catch Can Report

I'm 100 miles away from hitting 70,000 miles in my EB. No catch can either. Only issue I had at around 30k mi was about the canister purge valve - due to being stuck open. It never did it again when replaced.
  9. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

When I bought my '16 EB my credit was at 730, not great but good. I decided on an EB because it was enough for my needs. Also, at the time I commuted 60 mi/day to work. I'm sure there are plenty of GT owners with their credit in the 600s but decide to take a hit with APR just for that v8...

He is most definitely entitled to his opinion just as much as others are entitled to buy and like what ever they want. This is a discussion forum and I, respectfully, debated his stance/comments. Be ready for someone to debate your posts in a "discussion forum". Read both his posts and my...
  11. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

You stated "For that amount of money I would think you would want a little more grunt", that is called making an assumption, or YOUR POV. The EB mustang came out in '15 and plenty of ppl since have been spending mid 30k in them...idk why ppl are freaking out about the price of the 2020 HPP. If...
  12. 2020 Mustang EcoBoost High Performance Package Reviews Roundup

I'm guessing the dealer would fill them up with 87. Did you ask? Like the regular EB, the HPP makes it rated 332hp on 93 octane. I currently looking at inventory at my local ford dealers and no HPP EB yet. Im even looking at cargurus for new cars within 150 mi. Lucky you found one already. I...

  15. About to pass 150,000 miles on my 2016 Mustang Ecoboost—Any advice on preventive maintainence?

wow and I thought I had put quite a few miles on mine! I bought it CPO with 10k miles and right now am approaching 70k. I plan on keeping it till Sept 2020 to trade it in for a HPP with good sales deals/incentives...:like::rockon::thumbsup:
  16. 2020 Mustang EcoBoost High Performance Package Reviews Roundup

Thats weird. I can go a day or 2 without seeing a 5.0, but EVERYDAY I see an EB or v6...
  17. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

You are assuming that everyone wants a v8 grunt. It might be hard to understand for you WHY someone would by a mustang and not want a v8, well, there's a reason why the v6 came along as well. For people who want the look of the mustang but don't necessarily NEED the sound. Also, some people...
  18. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

I'm pretty sure track apps is off most of the times by a good 2/10. It's strange that you are seeing 6.1 sec with mods. I'm stock and with good weather I can hit 5.6-5.7s, I am '16 auto non PP and always use 93 octane. My guess is that this new HPP will be in the 4.7-4.8 secs (since rated...
  19. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

The 10 speed transmission is what gives the advantage to the mustang though, plus an improved power band curve over the regular EB. According to Ford, it is only the auto the one rated at 4.5s, the manual GT '18+, if I'm not mistaken, is rated higher than the auto as well.
  20. 2020 EcoBoost High Performance Package, 330 HP / 350 LB-FT, 0-60 mid 4's [Updated With Video]

lol you two have been arguing the same thing for a couple of days now...maybe PM each other? Lets bring the topic back of the HPP EB, which I guess most has already been said until we get more info from Ford... So far we know the auto has a 0-60 of 4.5 sec and that's pretty damn good...
