@Cathul measured the output with the EQ setting on 00. The output is flat only when the volume is above 15 on the dial. Below level 15 there is a "loudness" contour applied which increases as you turn the volume down.

Does the noise happen around 2k RPMs under light throttle? If so, that's normal. But there is some other noise in the video that sounds like tires on grooved concrete or the stereo. So I'm not sure what exactly I am listening to.

This is the correct answer. Maybe corrosion weakened it enough it fell off, or a road debris strike ripped it out or some combo of both. If Corsa won't replace it, take it to a shop and have a new brace welded in.

I would suggest only using iron removers when you have time to do it right. By that I mean a full detail job where you remove the wheels and can apply the iron remover where needed and agitate with a brush. Follow that up with throughly rinsing ALL remaining chemical off the parts. These wheel...
