Pulled up next to a Monaro at the lights on Sunday night. Both took off slowly, we're better than that.... until the urge took over. He booted it, I booted it and we both had a quick little squirt. All over before third gear.
Mine also arrived today. Is everyone sticking theirs on, or keeping it in their logbooks for safe-keeping? I might keep mine separately with the build sheet I saved too.
I'd be interested to hear peoples thoughts on this. I've got a Livernois/Airaid CAI for sale if anyone is interested? Listed in the Aussie sale section.
Hey guys,
Up for sale is a Livernois Windstorm CAI for the GT's. Purchased from a member on here in the US and had it posted over at a very large cost. He had it installed on his car for a few thousand km's before taking off. I haven't installed it on mine yet as I'm going down a different...
Considering getting mine done. Any immediate noticeable benefits or just adds to the overall experience? I'd imagine combined with other mods it should open it up quite well.
Digital speedo is able to be turned on with some clever tricks. There's a thread in the DIY section on how to do it, when I'm on a computer I'll grab the link for you guys.
Get this pipe now, and I'm sure it will match in with the full box once released.
Will the new airbox have some sort of heat reflective coating applied to help keep temps down?
Hi all, as title suggests, after a pair of stock muffler tips if anyone has their old system sitting around and are willing to cut them off. Located in Australia.
Cheers!
Already scoped out the BBK and GT350 TD's, boring the stock is about a qtr of the price of either of these options though with the exact same benefits.
As per title, anyone know of Australian companies that provide this service? Looking to bore out the stock TB to 85mm rather that buy a BK. Only service I know that does this currently is Maxbore in the US.
