Thanks man, actually got it mixed up, was supposed to type axleback! Doing a custom setup with magnaflow hotrod style pipe mufflers and custom tips, with stock resonator etc. Should be a good balance I hope.

I highly doubt it. A thorough wash such as this makes a huge difference. I even notice a difference between just snow foaming mine in comparison to a snow foam and sponge wash.

I believe when you re-read, technically the warranty statement is specific to the actual Ford Performance parts, and not your actual vehicle. This is to be clarified though.
