I went the traditional route. Got the battery from Farm and Fleet. $105. 7 year warranty. 3 year exchange and tow. Only $5 more than a Walmart battery.

Just took the mustang around the block since last fall. It’s been started weekly in the garage and brought up to temp. Today I noticed a noise as I was about to put it in the garage. Hoping it the tensioner pulley. Anyone else experience same issue?

Does the factory unit have pre outs amps? If not what did you go with instead?

If my car had a factory sub is there an easy way to tell without having to remove the truck panels?

Finally found the local thread. What’s up everyone. Out here in Shorewood. Picked up my 15 gt in September. From Hawk VW in Joliet. Deep impact blue and it was a local car. Looking forward to some cruise nights or shows.

Didn’t you hear it or do any homework before you installed?

They have a third party customer service call center. I had a problem with a shifter knob. Color was way off. Had to talk to several people to get a full refund. Bastards wanted to charge me a restocking fee.
