Finding x-plan inventory and dealers is easy https://www.fordpartner.com but the search radius is clunky and can't search keyword or option package numbers so once again really need the dealer's help to find something special in stock or order.
Normal Mustangs like V-6 and GT have always qualified when I looked/dream. It really is up to the dealer, if they even participate, because I think some folks have secured x-plan on Boss and Shelby even when Ford lists them as ineligible. Maybe they just adjust the price to mimic x-plan...

Are you sure on that base model GT? I know the base GT in the LA reveal and Jay Leno show doesn't have the 4th toggle button labeled "Mode". .. But I have not digested Base vs. MFC vs. electronics/tech/track package.
edit: I looked at the '14 order guide. It shows the track apps requires...

Here is the deal with aftermarket adjustable control arms for 6th gen, it takes a little more thought than doing a DIY wheel alignment in your driveway.
And honestly, this probably isn't even worth mentioning because I have a hunch Ford has this pretty well figured out from the pictures and...
