So does anyone else with LTH headers have this issue? I wonder if its something stupid like they didn't tighten the motor mounts or something. just seems odd that I am the only one with this issue and these headers.
As far as I know, the AC was not removed.
No real way to dent header without removing it. I could look into possibly adding washers to the Motor mounts or something. The entire reason I choose LTH and paid to have them installed, was I really didnt want to touch this job myself.
I did...
I have been a bit disappointed in my Long tube install and tune every since I got them. Had a local shop do the both. From a power standpoint, I am perfectly happy, it picked up 51 RWHP.
For starters, the headers: They’re LTH brand and hit the steering shaft on right hand turns under pretty...
Got to take it to the track on the drag pack this past week. Best stock was 12.44@115.
60 Ft - 1.82
1/8 ET - 7.63
1/8 MPH - 94
1/4 ET - 11.77
1/4 MPH - 118.33
Pretty happy with that. Air was shitty and I am still trying to figure out the air pressure, launch RPM, Trans settings, etc. Only...
And I think we did pretty good. :sunglasses:
Stock Pull: 436 RWHP (Has a FMS X-Pipe and a replacement filter)
Moded Pull: 487 RWHP (Above, plus catted LTH Headers and a Flex Fuel Tune on E85)
No other power type mods other than what was listed above. I was pretty shocked how much it did...
Soooooo. I was looking in my trunk, and saw that I had somehow damaged my sub! Something like my umbrella must have cracked the plastic. Really pissed me off, because I really don't drive this car that much since I work from home.
Looking around on the internet, it seemed like this is what...
Did the final step on what I wanted to do with my radio this weekend. Replaced the center and front speakers. So all all of the speakers have now been replaced by Infinity's and the Sub added.
For the doors, Infinity Primus PR6512IS and Infinity Reference REF-3032CFX for the 3.5's in the door...
So I finally got back on this and must say that fixed it. Thanks for the tip. For the 2020 GT it is:
Vehicle Chimes:
IPC / 720-01-01 XXXX XXX0 XXXX
0 = IPC
4 = Speakers
Ended up getting this adapter:

Did the 727-01-02 X0XX with FORscan. Yeah, that did the trick, makes me want to replace the front speakers now.
Only weird thing, is now all the confirmation beeps touching anything on...
Ok. We all agree that the system is lack luster, but the absence of a sub was really bad IMO. Not to mention, just what are they thinking with the speakers on the rear shelf?! Horrible. So I have been checking Facebook Marketplace and finally found a sub.
It’s a bit odd. It is a JL enclosure...
First, I made the 69 share some space for the 20:
Then I got a set of used Racestars :) Tires are smoked and I want to tone them done a bit, so I ordered some new MT 274/40/17 tires for it. Still, the old ones did look pretty beefy :)
And one more:
