I have seen plenty of whipple dynos @ 11psi and none of them were that low, not saying both don't make similar power above 4k.

I wouldn't put too much stock in that dyno graph, go look up any other whipple with 11psi and notice the difference in numbers.

I like PD blowers because of the low end TQ created, if i didn't care about that i would have probably have done turbos.
