That’s the direction I’m leaning... Ran at Atco yesterday... not typical November Atco conditions was 74 degrees. Car ran 1.68... 10.48... 136.25... and 1.68... 10.49.... 135.5.... 2 best runs..... I think the converter and some MS109 in the tank can get me a 9 second slip.
Need help deciding. Circle D offers their 258 mm NA converter in 4000-4400 stall and 4400-4600 stall. I understand the 4400-4600 is a new offering. Car is a daily with a 1 mile commute and is also used for short trip errands. It gets driven to track.
No personal experience but the shop that works on my car has this issue on a 2020 also. Crank pulley had to be machined. What does Procharger have to say?
I had similar issue caused by aluminum differential bushing inserts.... swapped for Whiteline KDT934 inserts and car is smooth again... vibration and harshness eliminated
Just to report back on my earlier post... Whiteline KDT934 bushing inserts installed in place of BMR aluminum inserts. Car is smooth again.... vibration and harshness gone.... still have some whining from the diff but it’s nothing like it was....
Thanks for the replies.... looks like Circle D may be the way to go then.... trying to get into the nines on 93/Octanium.... converter and maybe drop a pulley size or two
Looking for converter recommendations for a 2019 running a P1X. I know many use Circle D with great success but have heard of some issues with them. Suncoast makes what looks to be an option to consider but not much out there on them.
I'm in the Procharger camp. I would pick the Paxton from the choices allowed. If your bank account is of concern turn around and walk away now. This is a progressive disease.
Yes.... I do a lot of stop and go local driving and it's noticeable.... smell and I feel my eyes burning a bit too.... have had worse but now I'm 50 and don't want to deal with it..... looking into putting Gesi cats on.
