I have cross shopped Corvettes and M3's before despite the fact they're clearly in two different classes of cars.
I have a Nissan GT-R and now I am interested in the GT350. Again, two totally different classes of cars, but both scratch different itches. :) I feel like I could buy and drive the...
The GT350 is going to be a mass-produced car. It's affordable because they are building so many of these.
Unless you bought a Ford GT back in the mid-late 2000's there is virtually no modern car that has appreciated in value.
This is a silly myth that gets perpetuated on this forum.
I know people who bought GT500's first month availability below MSRP.
There is a small collection of scumbag dealers who ask for over sticker. Stop giving them business and they'll go away.
Utility of the M3 would be really nice if you are taking more than 1 client out. Plus in my experience BMWs are better cold weather cars than Mustangs.
You should also put the ATS-V on your list.
The seats and steering wheel look totally new, but everything else I am looking at looks really similar to the V6 Rental. Not that the rental car was bad by any means, I loved the hell out of it - I wouldn't be interested in the GT350 if it weren't for how good that v6 rental was.
Personally I...
2/3 of the Corvetteforum community are knuckle-dragging fan-boy idiots. The kind of guys who like to drive around in white convertibles with candy apple red interiors and laugh at Porsche 911's because they were made by guys named Hans.
These cars won't be sold over MSRP, this is not a limited production vehicle. Sure, the first 50 cars or so might find their sucker, but that will correct itself quickly.
That center console looks exactly like the one in my '15 V6 rental I drove 2 weeks ago. Atrocious - does not belong in a car like this. There shouldn't be a non-Technology GT350, the weight difference is negligible and this really isn't a track weapon car at this kind of weight anyway. They...
Shelby tarnished the heck out of his own name for the past 20 years, cashing it on by overcharging people for cars of dubious performance. But honestly, I don't care about any of that.
This is a Ford, not a Shelby. The only thing that bothers me about this car are the silly stripes. It just...
Does anyone know if Ford is developing a dual-clutch (DCT) transmission for either the GT or the GT 350?
I don't mind rowing gears but after having DCT in my last few cars the manual transmission just seems a little like yesterday's technology.
