Cotus says 7/30, dealer says 8/2. Not sure what to believe but I'm getting sick of this BS. Sad ford can't get a car built and delivered in under three months. :paddle::mad::paddle:
My car should be here next week so I'm looking at incentives as I'm sure you all are too.
Anyone know the difference between retail customer cash listed under finance programs and the $500 cash back under retail offers? Does the retail customer cash require you to finance through Ford??
Yeah, I get built tomorrow with a EDD of 8/5 to Minneapolis. You would think 20 days to ship a car what would be a 12 hr drive would be reasonable. I think cars not leaving the plant after they were built is what slowed down so many deliveries. I hope everything goes smooth.
Fingers crossed.
I really hope for a timely delivery. I'm ready for my car!!
Northstar, you're in Minneapolis?? Me too! Who did you order your car from? I ordered from midway ford in Roseville.
Yup. It’s taking a lot longer than I thought it would but I could have ordered a car earlier too. I don't think dealers are really to blame. They all quote 6-10 weeks, call it 8 weeks. And for most cases I'm sure that's true. But this is a first year of a new car. First time it’s going...
Im not sure if this will help anyone else but I just sketched out some basic wheel widths and offsets in Solidworks that I have see people use to get a better idea of what the range is on some of this. I did this mostly because I want to put a S197 18" wheel with a +30 offset on my car for a...
I don't know what the quality hold was. I know a bunch of cars took a long time to go from being built to shipped so that's what people thought. No real info that I know of.
Is this a really slow build week? Not much chatter in here. 42 days... counting every one of them.
Coming from cars that have had drone and others that just had exhaust sound, I wonder if people are getting the two confused. If you say its at 2,000 RPM that sounds like drone. That's the particular frequency that makes the whole car vibrate and basically creates a hum that you can hear and...
Can anyone comment on the frpp touring vs the borla s type? I think I'm between these two. I don't want to be too lowd and be annoying as a dd but Im worried the touring will be too quite and leave me wanting more. Do you touring guys ever wish you had a more aggressive exhaust?
I think your confusing manufacturing quality with sound quality. By oem grade I mean that I want reliable baffles and actuators that are integrated into the system of the car. Like they would be activated by going into spot or race mode. And be inside the muffler. What I don want is a lame...
Just thought I'd throw this out and see if anyone has more info on the GT350 exhaust. I saw a video where it goes thru it's different exhaust modes and I'm curious if anyone has specific details about it or thinks we will be able to slap this system on the GT?
I'd really love an oem quality...
