I feel the same. When the spy shots came out of the front end I was pretty excited just to finally see something. But the more Chazcron has worked his magic, the less impressed I have become with the look. Damn you Chaz!!! lol Just kidding, its great work buddy. I'm just not feeling this...
I have to say that I really applaud the skill of guys like Chazcron and Topnotch among others here that have done a fantastic job with the renders. The only down side is that the more I see of this car the less impressed I am. It's just feeling too much like a mild refresh of the current look...
In reality the average age of a new Mustang buyer will be people in their early to mid 40's. Those are people that will very much remember the 5.0 fox body Mustangs of the 1980's. I was in high school myself during that time so I very much remember the vast amount of Mustangs that were on the...
I'm not going to speculate as to whether this is a hatch or not. I honestly don't know. But I will offer some food for thought.
1. Hatchbacks are gaining in popularity in the US. Focus, Fiesta, Mazda 3, Veloster, and a few others are all pretty popular cars in the hatch variant these days...
Yep there it is. I hadn't caught that before and now that I think about it the Focus hatchback uses a solid piece behind the back seats that lifts with the back gate.
I'm thinking if this was a hatchback we would be able to see some sort of seat release mechanism along the top that would be used to fold the seat backs forward. I don't see anything like that. Additionally, that rear dash area looks like a solid piece that is fixed in place. I would think a...
I would like to see bluetooth connectivity as a standard feature and a six speaker stereo that sounds respectable should be standard too.
Personally I want a base model V6 because for me the 300 hp 3.7 V6 is more than enough to have fun while keeping the mpg in a respectable range for daily...
This example is a push button start but if you look closely on the steering column you can see a round plastic cover where a keyed ignition switch would be. My guess is the push button start is for the higher trim levels. Just my guess.
Ok thanks. I'm ready for the wraps to come off of this thing already. Today I test drove a V6 Mustang and was very impressed. The last Mustang I had was powered by the 4.0 V6 and before that was a 2006 GT. This new 3.7 motor is quite impressive. Couple that with a smaller and lighter car...
One thing I notice for sure is that the front opening for the grill is not nearly as blunt as we have been seeing in the renders. What do you think Chaz? Looks a bit more shark nosed doesn't it?
I like having bluetooth phone connection through the stereo, that is one tech feature I have grown fond of. I would like to have a stereo that sounds good. Aside from that the only tech feature I would want is a heads up speed indicator on the windshield so I don't have to look down at my...
Amen. I would rather have a based out V6 that I can add my own options to over time as opposed to having to spend 3 to 5 grand for some tech package that I don't want and won't use.
