Chazcron
Just a suggestion. There are two crease lines along the side of the car, one at the door handle height and one near the bottom. Connect them. Connect the two just between the door and the rear wheel. Note the red Mustang that Rampant has posted above. That connecting crease is a...
Not by the standards of 1965. In 65 the Mustang body design was considered sporty and aggressive. By today's standards that car looks rather plain but that is because we are looking at it based on our current impression of a sporty car. In 1965 that was a sporty car.
Like most of us I would love to see the 400 pound weight reduction that has been discussed. A smaller and lighter Mustang I think has been a wish for most of us. The independent rear suspension is also a feature I'm glad to see. Although the current car with the live axle actually handles...
Don't even sweat it Chaz. Your rendering skills are nothing short of excellent. The internet is full of pathetic losers who have nothing better to do with their life than insult people while hiding behind the anonymity of the technology. We all know they would never say those things to...
I'm glad there are people that like it. It's not that it's a bad looking car, but I'm just not feeling it. It might grow on me after I see the actual car so I am anxious to see that. On the plus side Chazcron does some excellent work. Great job Chaz. Right now, however, its looking like I'm...
Totally agree. I'm looking forward to seeing how this new car does with the IRS. I know a lot of people complain about the live axle setup on the current car but I've owned two of them and found those complaints to be largely exagerated or undue. The car handles very well.
Oh don't get me wrong. I'm all for putting the pedal down here and there too. That's kind of the whole point of this car isn't it? I'm just not going to start dumping clutches at 2500 rpm or reving the motor and dropping it into D just to shave a half second off my accleration time. Just...
Have you guys ever seen how they achieve those 0 to 60 times in Car and Driver or Motortrend? You really want to thrash your car like that? Not me.
It's always fun to talk about 0 to 60 times and 1/4 miles times but I like to keep a certain degree of reality in the mix too. To achieve...
It's ok if you don't. It's just what I see. It looks like a slightly reworked 370Z to me. When I look at the renders of the S550 I see a slightly reworked S197.
There is a great deal of validity to that statement. It is normal human behavior when they see something to associate it something that they already know. Something familiar to them. This is very common in the automotive world. When I first saw the Scion FR-S it looked like a rehashed 370Z to...
Oh God I hope not. There's enough commercialized hype with that already. Lets not overshadow the Mustang reveal with some stupid football game or some halftime stunt that involves Miley Cyrus running around the field in her birthday suit.
Yes but if you look close you can see that round cover where a keyed ignition would be just below the stalk. My guess is the car will have both depending on trim level. Just my guess though. I wouldn't mind seeing the car have push button as a standard feature.
Oh wait, no that's just where...
Oh man I bet it does. I'd love to see the looks on the faces of those English chaps when they hear that V8 torque up and that black Mustang comes flying by. lol
"What in Gods name? Fuckin Americans!!!!" lol
