Probably because with the RPMs wrapping around to 8250 the needle is center with it on the left. if the tach was on the right the needle might be behind the steering wheel.
funny enough i bought my 2017 with 8k miles and a "gen 2" engine. the collector factor isnt a thing for me as i will daily this car. around 15-20k a year.
i think your talking about Tony. i recognize the Tuners inc. did you happen to dyno before the proflex on 93? would this device show more power on 93? hard to rate against 87 as our cars are a "91 minimum" rating.
